This training program is offered through partnerships with Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) and the universities and colleges that they serve. We currently have nine SBDC providers that through offering our program are able to make connections with new clients attracted for specifically this topic and bring in revenue and increase student numbers for their programs. We are ready for major growth and want to expand.
How has working with a SCORE mentor helped your business?
I purchased a business and needed support in navigating through the purchase and help with where to look for legal advice. Celia was very supportive and helpful in this process. I later sought SCORE out for a few of their webinars and onsite classes to help me with marketing aspects and found the resources available of high quality and very affordable or even free. What a great resource for a new business!
Please describe the specific ways that your business has been successful and how it will grow in the next year.
We offer project management and leadership training. I have sought ways to make our training valuable and accessible to small business owners who face many of the same challenges in managing their projects as larger companies, just not on the same scale.
